Welcome Message - World Peace

Now there is a cry in everyone’s heart. Let there be peace! Peace in the world and peace in ourselves so that all beings can be happy.
But how do we create this World peace? Should we do it on our own or should we do it together?
Swami Gopala Krishna teaches us that there must be a balance. When we work only for our own peace spending hours in meditation, we create selfishness, but when we work only for the outside world we will create egoism too. It is only when we work full heartily on peace in our houses, neighbourhood and the world that we can experience the joy of creating peace. As a result our inner peace and joy will grow.
Swamiji says: How can you feel clean inside(self) when you are dirty outside(world)? Cleaning outside is necessary too when you want to feel clean inside.
So let us work together and make this dream of World peace come true. Let us learn to give and forgive and make this world a better place for all to live in.

Come join us! Read about Swami Gopala Krishna’s simple and sweet teachings. He is like a Mother for those who seek truth and are willing to practise it. First being a Sathya Sai Baba devotee, He now shines as a brilliant Light of Love to all of us. We invite you to dive deep into the experience of Love and become one with the GKS family.

Message from Sri Gopalkrishna Baba

December 6th, 2010

I want to remind you that I am a servant of Sri Sathya Sai, my Lord and my All.
Except for this I hold no other office or position in this world. How can I then delegate my authority and powers to some other person?
Devotees I have, no delegates!
I invite all of you to join me in my servitude of my Master and spread his message;
Love All and Serve All.
A true devotee is hard to find and I urge you to be very careful and circumspect in all your dealings. In this world of appearances there are many who appear as devotees and want to impress people with their powers and attainments.
The great Hanuman described himself as a humble servant of Lord Ram.
My mission, entrusted to me by Sri Sathya Sai, is to help and support all devotees in their devotion and its expression through unselfish acts of public good, community service and global harmony and peace.

Sathya Sai Baba’s birthday

November 1st, 2010

On the 23th of November the 85th birthday of Sathya Sai Baba will be celebrated in the Sai temple in Girinagar Bangalore.

It is a blessing to live in this time and age
Now we are very lucky to have the greatest Avatar amongst us, Lord Sai Krishna. Dear devotees do not miss this great opportunity as you may not get this Avatar again. Sing His glory, yearn for Him and follow His principles. Each and every one of you should become His reflection. How to do that? When you keep your heart pure with divine Love, the Lord will start reflecting in you and His Sankalpa. To bind this world with Universal Love, will be easy.

Discourse by Gopal Baba in Sirsi november 6 2009

November 27th, 2009

We need people who are willing to sacrifice their all for the good of this country. If you are in possession of a mere 10 paisa you should use it for the good of the community.

I seem to have spoken for too long. My mothers have been waiting for quite some time in the long queue to receive their saris. People should not have to stand in such a queue to receive a sari. All people should live in homes in which there exists an abundance of clothing and food. There should be plenty of everything required for a good life. Rice bags should be piled up in every house.

Every heart should be full of goodness and good intention.

The full discourse can be found here.

Sathya Sai Baba’s Birthday

November 23rd, 2009

GKS Holland and the editors of this site wish to express on this special day, Bhagawan Baba’s birthday their gratitude to Sri Sathya Sai Baba for all the blessings He showered on them.

May we ever shine as His lights…

Jai Sai Ram

Men cannot comprehend the Formless and the Attributeless Absolute. Avatars (Divine Incarnations) appear in human form to enable humanity to experience the Formless in a form which is accessible to them and helpful to them. An Avatar assumes the form that is beneficial to and within the reach of human beings. An effort must be made to understand the nature of divinity. It is only when God comes in human form that human beings can have the full opportunity to experience and enjoy the Divine.
